I recently picked up a Road locally for $80 with 200 miles on it. It looks brand new and the previous owner didn’t like the fit. I like it a lot so far.
I would either pay full price and have your LBS help you fit it or buy one on ST or CL and carefully mount it yourself following the video instructions on the web. I chose the later, and figured if it was too wide or something, I’d be able to resell it for close to what I paid.
