first off, thanx for the updates in these thingsi have received.
question - concerning this new practice of ski-like honey/comb carbon shafts . . . . . . how durable are these things ?? i am used to being pretty abusive to my roller skiis. XC ski shafts are very fragile things indeed, and certainly they can fall aprt on their own just from normal use, let alone bashing over frost heaves and being thrown in a trunk of a car with tire irons.
does a guy have to treat new-skool carbon shaft roller skis like he does his XC skiis, then ?? i dunno if i can do that. is the little bit of boing you get from the new shaft really worth all that ??
