New pain...ST doctors to the resuce?

Began having some intermittent achilles pain in both ankles. First Left, which has subsided. Then right, which subsided. This has been replaced with a strange feeling in my R foot. Kind of feels like the 3rd/4th metatarsal are rubbing against eachother but the pain is closer to my heel than toes. I wouldn’t call it heel pain, because it is more midfoot, but its definitely on the bottom and closer to the heel. It is only painful when walking–don’t know about running since I haven’t run since I started it yesterday. It started post-2 hours running. It sort of feels like one of those things that a PT person or chiropractor whould just snap and fix…sorry so rambling…
I should also add that I have low arches and do wear orthotics all the time.

any ideas? Is this plantar faciatis? (sp).

I didn’t change any of those things. Also, it isn’t really in the heel at all. The more I think about it, the more I think it is midfoot–like two tendons rubbing as I walk–LIke I said it is between teh 3rd/4th or 4th/5th metatarsal–can’t really tell which it is exactly.

yeah, it sounds more like what you said, because it is not a pain that moves toward the arch…

anyone know a good chiro in philly?
