I’m going to guess rebadge. Those look like Flashpoint FP80s… a similar design and it looks like the same hub on the front.
New c75 with 75mm depth rim most likely. UCI shows a Shimano c75 tubular on it’s approved list. Pic has c75 sticker on it.
