New burgers at my local bar

First, they made all burgers 10 oz. A couple new addtions:

The Sunny Day burger - 10oz burger, topped with goetta (kinds like sausage with pin oats) and two fried eggs and cheese.

But the best one, and I don’t remember the name they gave it, is a 10oz burger, topped with ham slices, and instead of a bun it has a grilled cheese sandwich top and bottom.

I’ll try that one after my 1/2 IM this weekend…

A local place has peanut butter and bacon on a burger. I hear it’s good.

That pulled pork/mashed potatoes/gravy parfait looks good. The kids would get a kick out of it too.
