I think the stats speak for themselves, you cut 15 seconds off your fit video time. Well done!

sorry not, is it very short ?
I make one out of the fit application. It is the first to see that, today I train with her with strong passes, and note that I have to advance a little supports her elbows.
Today in the afternoon I advance 1cm
Thanks

He was just joking that your new position is faster because your first video is 20 seconds and your second video is only 5 seconds.

My $0.02… Your saddle looks just a little high. It’s close enough that it could just be preference, though. The rest looks very good.

It was time hehehe
It was late my son claimed me, I put the video of the app of fit
But tomorrow I’ll take a new one
How much do you think should go down saddle? 1cm
Thank you

You could try 1cm to see how it feels. But like I said… It’s just barely high. If you’re comfortable and not having any issues, it may just be that you prefer it where it is.

Thank you very much, tomorrow I will post a video with the change, I will also advance a few mm elbows, which today in the indoor training looking for a little more space. Saturday will go out for the first time, play a bad day, 1600 accumulated height and 150k away, it will hurt
Very thanks
Rafael

Looks good. FWIW I think your saddle height is fine. You’d be toes-down if it was too high.

Thank you for taking the time to watch the video, tomorrow I try it on the street, I still don’t shoot on the street, just indoor, and I tell you

+1 I think it looks good too. You don’t want to lower your saddle too much as it will close your hip angle and you’ll start loosing power - unless you drop your front end too. It’s a fine balance between maximizing power, staying aero, avoiding injury, being comfortable on the saddle.
Your position looks dialed and you’re in fine-tuning territory there where small changes can push you over the edge.

I would say you are close to maxed out on seat height, but there is a degree of personal preference. My suggestion would be to do the following:

Have someone film you pedaling from behind and look to see if your hips rock back and forth. Then lower the saddle 5 mm and see if the hips rock noticeably less.

Some of the best indicators of saddle height being too high are rocking hips, soreness behind the knee, and saddle sores.

The rest of the position looks pretty darn good. The only other observation would be that the tail of the helmet doesn’t match the profile of your back super well. You might consider trying other helmets at some point or tilt the helmet down on your head just a bit

Hello thank you very much.
Today I will do the filming of the hips.
The helmet is well back, it was to touch the back, I will film with the helmet in the correct position.
Thank you.

Looks great. I would shorten the cranks 5mm and NOT raise the saddle, but that’s just me.

Thank you, now the levers are 170, I decided to pass them to 165? I know it’s not much, but I tried 1 year ago and I felt uncomfortable, I could try again, I’m going to look for a used 24mm rotor so I can use the powermeter
The seat intended to lower it 5mm and try
very thanks
