New 2006 Litespeed Blade 59cm Frame

A rare find. The frame has never seen the road or a componet. It’s hanging in my office collecting dust. Make me an offer.

If the LS Head Badge looks strange the protective covering from the factory is still applied ~ a peel away sticker.

In the 3rd picture is the LS factory tic list. BTW I inquired hard and persistantly to LS for them to warranty the frame. No joy.

The LS factory seatpost is included (not pictured).

post a pic?

Bump for August. The frame is in Louisville so if you or a friend are up for the race you can inspect. Lynskey’s version of the frame is $7,500. Asking original MSRP at $3,995. There has been interest but no buyers as yet.

surprised nobody hopped on this yet. phools

Have you registered this under your name or would the buyer get to have the warranty registration?

Already had one fiasco with the ‘new’ Litespeed ownership on a cracked Ultimate and I was the original owner. It was in short…a complete disaster.

Cracked a Lynskey built Ultimate in '96 and they couldn’t repair it…a week later I had a brand new one on my door step. They even built it up for free and paid the shipping!

It has never been sold, except to me, and I never registered it. Not a part has hung on it. I bought it from a bikeshop on ebay. I inquired directly to Litespeed about the warranty and we went back and forth. I offerred to send the frame to them for inspection. I 'm not clear what the issue was. That was quite the amazing sevice they gave you on the Ultimate. Perhaps its the Lynskey association that was the key. I looked at the current Lynskey Blade like frame…$7,500!

still for sale?

After that fit I may be better suited to ride a beach cruiser. Still waiting to pick it up.

FYI, my home boy is reminding me to take the Blade off the market. I had it built up in anticipation of getting back in the game, in a TT and aqua-bike kind of way.

The Blade was built-up in Jan w/DA 7900, shifters are DA 7800, 50/34-170-11-25, Reynolds Ouzo Pro Aero Fork, Chirs King Headset, DT Swiss 1.2 wheelset w/Swiss Hubs, Zipp Ti Skewers, Pro Race 3’s, Syntace basebar w/C-2’s. Egg Beater SL’s, Selle Italia Trans Am, Steerer tube is uncut. The bike is ready and unridden but I am not. I had micro fracture surgery on the knee 6 mo’s ago and the rehad is slooow. I scored quite a number of good deals on the build. Selling for what I’ve got in it ~ $4,200. If you have to convince your S.O., retail would be $8,500 if you could find a frame. I know the market for Ti. This is no ordinary opportunity. Price is firm.
