Just a quick note to say how impressed I am with John Neugent & his Neuvation customer service. I lost a part (tapered spacer on the rear non drive side). I wanted to use the wheel set for my studded tires on my cross/winter bike.
I called to ask if I could get one & how much. I received the part today a week later at no charge with the postage paid. Gotta like that.
