Some weight gain (not too much) but I can tell and just have enjoyed not doing anything.
But it sucks.
Need to get back at it and ready for the next season.
I need help for motivation.
What will get me out and on the road and in the pool?
Only you. We can sit around and say how lazy you are and how sloppy fat you are getting, but unless you WANT to train, nothing we say will get you out the door. So pretty soon you’ll be just another house ape drinking beer and scratching his balls watching prime time TV.
