Nausea

Just curious if anyone else out there gets nauseous after a hard workout? I do most of the time. Not sure of the cause.

Just curious if anyone else out there gets nauseous after a hard workout? I do most of the time. Not sure of the cause.

I frequently get nauseous about 15 minutes into a bike ride, for no apparent reason. I drink a bunch of water from my water bottle and it vanishes within 30 seconds or so. I find that drinking a half or a full glass of water before starting prevents it for the most part…must be something about my body figuring out what I am trying to do to it! :slight_smile:

Depends on how hard. I frequently feel like I am going to hurl toward the end of a hard interval session - on the run more often than the bike.

Also, if my workout consists of 12oz. repeats, the nausea comes quicker - after about 10 reps. :slight_smile:
