Natasha's bike!

Anyone check out Natasha’s ride for Hawaii? Just aerobars, no cowhorns, fluid reservoir inside frame, aerobars twist for braking, no quick release on her 8 spoke kevlar wheels!!! Incredible.

Cheetah bikes are awesome!

Plus she has a huge motor.

incredible is the word! just saw it too. I guess it will be talked about as much as Bjorn’s position

pictures or site, please ? thanks.

It’s on Ironmanlive.com coverage. Haven’t seen photos yet

Compared to Bjorn Natascha is very small (duh). I would love to see wind tunnell data on her and the cheetah.

.

Indeed, the Ironmanlive broadcast showed her comin gout of transition with Cheetah’s X fork - I think this is the first time that she had used this in Kona?

I did a OLY race end of August here in Switzerland and she started in the same wave as I did. I only saw the bike at the end of the race in the rack  very cool.

I think she used the x-fork in the 96 Ironman which was her debut nad she finished 2nd to Paula Newby Fraser.

Looks incredibly uncomfortable…no options for different hand positions, she’ll have to stay aero the whole way…I’m sure she’s used to it, but what a gamble.

During IM Switzerland I saw some guy riding one of these bikes (I think there was even two guys!). Check it out, it’s not just a Natasha special…

unlikely since she has been riding cat off and on for the better part of 10 years. the bike’s design is certainly not new. you might just have not seen it up close and personal. however, for $20K you can have your own.

Dude, check that straw out!!!

Here’s the link to the photo if you haven’t seen it yet.

It looks like the water bottles behind her seat are acting like windbrakes?

$7000 gets you one.

How does she brakes ? I can see the brake calipes but I don’t see the brake levers…

Stock on the Cheetah’s are Magura hydrolic brakes that are activated by twisting the grip. In the picture above her hands are on the brakes.
