She does always have a little belly but this looks like bloating and I’d guess it’s from the blood being diverted away from the stomach and intestines disturbing the digestive process.

Depends if the racer is a man or a woman.
Example, if the racer is a man, it is a male issue.

Could also be the onset of hyponatremia. I bloated bad before losing it all when I had it a Vineman 6 or so years ago. Not a pleasant feeling.
I thought the same thing! She’s never looked this “thick” before. That’s some bloat if she’s not.
