i’m traveling to Nashville, TN for the week and would love to get in a few swims. can anyone suggest some decent pools in the Brentwood, Green Hills, or Vanderbilt area?
there is a great public 50m indoor pool across from Centennial Park

Sportsplex is good, if you need to get started earlier or the location is off, the Y is another good option

In the Vanderbilt area, Centennial Sportsplex as someone recommended above. In Brentwood, the Y in Maryland Farms is your best bet. There’s a Y in Green Hills but the pool isn’t too hot. It’s only 10-15 minutes from there to Sportsplex, so I would make the drive…

I just spent the weekend (freakin cold!) there and can vouch for the downtown Y. I had it to myself every morning.
VERY cool town, scenic for running and looks like great riding opportunities down towards Franklin too. I hope to get back there this spring.

i hear that too. only with better coaches. if only i would have known before i decided to leave.
Down in Brentwood is a sweet pool. Usually set up 25yd but on Sundays (and maybe Saturdays depending on season) it’s typically 50m. Great swimmer’s pool, nice and cool. It’s at the Williamson County Parks and Rec “indoor sports complex.” Only like $3/day. They also have some masters classes if that’s your thing.
The riding out in williamson county is great too!
