When my wife and I started dating, her house had a satellite dish mounted on a rickety fence with some overgrown bushes.
One day we were talking on the phone and she said “excuse me. I have to go wiggle my dish and trim my bush…”
We still joke about it 20 years later.

A little bit of lube goes a long way.
A few years ago I got a letter in the mail and on the envelope the (female) mail carrier had written “can you please trim your bush for me :)” It was in reference to the overgrown thorn bush that is next to our mailbox, but it is still good for a laugh between mrs wimsey and me.

That was awesome! I almost wish we had squirrels in Utah to try it. My premonition is that those pesky critters would figure out how to ride the slinky, but it would be entertaining to watch their education 😊
