paulo as been giving me really easy weeks of training and i for once had a lot of free time.
i decided to start playing with all the other prgram on my computer other than internet explorer and msn…yes…there is more!!! The problem is that computer don’t understand me very well and aren’t cooperative of my needs. Making a website feel like when i started swimming and was going 32 minutes for a 1500m…slow and a complete struggle…
anyway, if anyone as commments…constructive one…go ahead…i will post tons of pic of course!!!
Spell check only takes one press of the button my friend. Many programs will highlight your spelling mistakes automatically, even on this very web page, you’ll notice when you type, your spelling errors will have a red line underneath.
Microsoft Word should do a decent job and will check grammar mistakes as well. Any popular word processing program should work though. BTW, it’s Las Cruces not Las Cruses.
well…i m presently talking with Rappstar on msn and he told me to keep my frenglish the way it is… it s part of my charm??? well…maybe he is right…??? or maybe i should only post pictures so i can’t make mistakes!!!
as for kicking ass…well there is still a lot of work…
the french version is coming soon and wont have any mistake of course!!!
Haha i will never complain about someones english… i went to europe two summers ago, and we went to the UK, france, german, switzerland, and austria and i felt like shit not being able to speak anything. So don’t worry about it you’re doing just fine.
I think you’ll be worse off relying on a computer grammar checker to fix your frenglish. Just get one of your womens who speaks English to help you out!
Just trying to be helpful. If you’re just doing it for fun, then it doesn’t really matter. If you’re trying to attract sponsors or conduct business, then it doesn’t hurt to look professional.
I’ve worked for a computer company for over 10 years as a web developer. Here are my thoughts and if what I say is what you did on purpose, just ignore me:
The two top tables are overlaping your picture. Actually, on all your pages, the pictures are all different sizes and have the same problem as the first. The tables are overlapping them.
The bottom left table doesn’t have a border like the other two. It’s not consistent.
Move the contact info to the bottom of the page. Add a copyright and disclaimer link to the bottom of the page so no one starts taking your pictures and using it without your permission.
The blue you are using as a background for the whole page doesn’t go well with the background in the right table and text font of the right top table.
Your “garage mini stover” is not clickable. It should be to be consistent with the other ones.
I don’t want to comment too much because it looks like it’s not really done but the above 5 were the things that stuck out the most.
When you are done, if you PM me or reply to me in this post, I can do some UAT for you.
But did you want the pictures on each page to be a different size? If you click on each of the tabs, you will see your picture get bigger and smaller of each tab. It’s like the first thing that catches my eye when I click from tab to tab.
