And we’re having an Open House at the store this Thursday, June 7 with vendor in from Shimano, Cervelo, Kuota, Mavic, Jaggad, Continental Tires, Vittoria, and some others too. Muddy Water is going to give a talk about triathlon bikes/geometry and the importance of a good fit. Meet ST’s own Paul Thomas too. Details

Where did you put the flat screen TV?

Your rocket’s too erect…

oops, i mean your seat’s too high ;^)

Nice bike.

Darrel,

That bike looks like a real rocket!

I hope that the open house goes well.

Sweet ride…do you have a picture of your HED bars with the srm mounted by any chance? I’ve got mine coming in this week and am wondering how people have done itl…

I wrapped cut down piece of an old tube around the part in front of where the stem clamps to increase the diameter and then put the SRM mount clamp around it. It holds pretty securely and I’ll try to take a picture later for you. I think some other people on ST have done the same thing so there might be a pic if you do a search before I can post a pic.

Get used to hearing this question: Are you an Elton fan? (rocket man)

I think you managed to include every color on that bike.

I like it except for the Rocket… It’s a cartoon. I would have gone for realism.

FWIW, brian is the shiznit and has been painting bikes for me since back when I worked @ RBM in dallas.

He does great work.

g

I wanted a cartoonish rocket as there were too many options with a realistic looking rocket. And I like cartoons…

can you post a pic of your x-lab setup in the back?

We build this right down the street from you:
