My new scarf junk? Can I sue?

Bike Snob does not like my new scarf, I was a fan however and thought that wearing the “pride” colors was a kick ass thing. Turns out that these are the “World Champion” colors and I am a “Fred” and a “Dork” in the scarf. I was not told during purchase that I would be a"dork" in the scarf. Fangible and I were shopping and we were both hoodwinked into the purchase…what is my solution…I did buy it on my Visa, can I call them?
