My new ride!

The Boron Centaur (had to get the 2003 frame, and build it up, as the 2004 they didn’t have in my size–plus it was an excellent price with a carbon fork upgrade) Also, she will have the campy centuar 30 sp group, and the Mavic Kyrsium wheel set, etc. I’m excited! She’ll be ready in about 2 weeks!

Go get’m tiger(ess)!

Whats next on your race cal?

Is this the same kittycat that said never again at her last half IM?

Well of course it is. Everyone recognizes that playbook after they’ve been through it.

I want to know if she’s bought a matching outfit yet.

Very, very cool ride  I’m a Bianchi man myself, it’s a great ride :-)))
.

I don’t even have a next event planned! LOL! but after riding my little brava in the 1/2, she just said, “enough” and wants to stay on the trainer from now on. LOL! we sure are going to go out for some fall riding though, I can’t wait!

right now I’m seriously considering a one way trip of TOSRV, from Columbus to Portsmouth, Ohio (which is somewhere around 89 to 112 miles) and it’s over mother’s day. next summer of course will be at least 3 or 4 international tri’s.

Yummy. Kitty knows her sex-appeal.

Couple of my side comments:
Make sure you get the blue-gray version of Centaur. It’s uber-cool, pretty rare, and it’ll bring out the highlights of your ride and you eyes.
What kinda aerobars will you be clip-in-on? I’d make a call for the Deda clip-carbon. But that’s just me.

Nice ride.

to tell you the truth, I"m not really crazy about the paint job, and it is what it is (dark blue fade to celeste) because we had a hard time finding the right frame size–49. my lbs guys tell me it looks better in person and really is a beautiful paint job. I’m down with it. and, it still matches my eyes–and will probably make them more green actually. lol.

kitty

They do look better up close and in person, but I’d upgrade the shifters to Chorus for the carbon! The shifting is shorter and easier as well with Chorus and/or Record. Just a thought.

hmmmm…that’s interesting. I have small hands, so I’ll bring it up the guys.

thanks! kittycat

nice bike.

Miiiaaaaoooowwww…

hey i rode my first half on a Brava too! She also sad enough is enough! Now its the winter bike with fenders etc. She is nice and comfortable, like an old sweater or an old couch! I traded 2 comp Celine Dion concert tickets for her, talk about a bargain!

Hey Kiwi, are you okay? Sounds like you jsut slammed the door on your goody bag.

Er, well, I think I am ok, but I have not trained for 2 wks due to injury…so I think if I check back through my posts the last two weeks they may be even more off beam than normal. But I won’t be doing that.

Having said that, I feel pretty tip top today.

Plus, I always make cat noises at home. I love cats. Mine talks to me a lot. And I talk back to her. She is sleek, intelligent, and beautiful. Everything I am not.

How you doin’?

Talkin to cats, sounds like you’ve played a little too much rugby, buddy.

I just talk to my doggy. She can sniff peoples crotch, eat things in the yard, and lick her butt, everything I can’t.

Honestly, if you met her you would be yapping away in cat talk within minutes. She makes a heap of sense, my cat. She is much more in control of her world than I am of mine.

I’m sure your dog is quite the conversationalist also.

Perhaps this is the start of another thread? Do I hear lavendar room???

A great line!

Looks good kitty! Enjoy the miles!

I’m going shopping this weekend, so I might have a pic to post in the near future.

Basically, these bikes rule. I love Bianchi’s. That paint scheme is so cool.

Five stars… *****!

The bike has to "go with " the person. I’d be in a better position to judge the bike if you had a pic of you on it.
