Well folks, it happened. After watching everyone get their new sweet bike, after looking at all of those bad ass bikes at the races and then peering over at my little Specialized Allez (the cheapest road bike the local bike shop carried), I finally got my chance.
I ordered the new 2007 Quintana Roo Seduza. A full carbon time trial bike, all Dura Ace with internal cabling. After months of saving she is finally here.
Along with the bike, a promotion they were running, I got a free pair of Shimano TR50 Carbon Shoes, Look Keo Sprint Pedals and a pair of Tifosi riding sunglasses. I got fit on Friday at <a href=“http://transitionsmultisport.com” target=_blank">Transitions. On Sunday I set a PR on a really tough loop right off of my driveway. I absolutely cannot believe the amount of power that I can put out while aero vs. sitting up. Unbelievable. I honestly did not think I would see that big of a difference. HUGE kudos to TriSports.com for the awesome deal and great support. I was honestly very nervous about ordering a bike online because of fit and the likelihood of me not wanting to keep it but it worked out perfectly. Thanks to Rudy and Matt!!!

These were just some shots I took Thursday of the unboxing. I have since been fit and put my ISM Adamo Racing saddle on there. I’ll get some better shots later.
