Just look at those houses, especially from mile 1.5 to 2.5, and all along Takolusa (I didn’t even run past the biggest houses on Takolusa). Sheesh.
I normally run in the nearby county park, but I figured it would be too wet/damaged after Irene.

I dress like a Mexican day laborer. Gets me right by. Of course, running with a shovel and wearing work boots slows me down a bit.
