Excellent work on a tough day. You are the MAN as far as I’m concerned. Hopefully you won’t drop me as quickly the next time we train/go to camp.
Seriously though - you left it all out there on the course and were truly inspiring. I’m glad I could at least be there to witness it and help take care of the kids

I would have said don’t worry too much about the Kona slot. It’s a disappointment to be sure, but you have a great family and you had a great time even with all the issues you had on the run. Be proud of the fact that you gutted it out and look forward to the next race and a future slot at Kona…
