I feel like this question comes up periodically and there are probably other threads asking the same question, but, yes, MBS is great. I bought a Hed Jet 6 Plus wheelset. No complaints, great service.

Thanks all for the prompt reply. Just ordered a hed jet + 6 9 wheel set with tires, tubes, rotors and cassette with installation. All for $1,750.00

i always smile a little bit when someone says great service when buying online. its really about price and convenience.

i think the paradigm shift of service now being related to online retails may mean if a consumer has questions, the friendliness and knowledge of the rep they talk to, how fast shipping was, etc.

it is an interesting thing ive noticed as well.

oh, i agree but its price and convenience that gets them in the door so to speak
