The swim course on the website looks to be as I remembered it two years ago.
But, the bike course is brand new … totally different course.
The run is still the same brutal course - hopefully people have been working the hills for preperation.

Just signed up for the Musselman half. Very excited to watch the ITU PanAmerican cup the day before! Any STers going to the race this year?

Signed up but can’t race. I tore my rotator cuff so I’m out, however, Jeff is a pretty cool guy so I volunteered to be his bitch for the weekend and help out with whatever he needs to make the race run smoothly.
Seems to be a hillier bike course than before (based on the online profile), basically climbing back over similar terrain after reaching the second lake. No idea if there are any tough climbs though, would love to hear any insights. Won’t change my training of course, but might make me plan for it while racing.
I will only go this year if Jodi promises to make out with me, she is hawt!
Last year the lake was super shallow (like hand scraping bottom shallow). Bike = hilly and a bit windy. Run was hilly with a monster hill at like mile 7 or 8? Good times, I went like 5:55 last year and I suck, so you should whoop ass!
I’ll be there…racing the pan-am cup race on Saturday afternoon
.
I believe this will be a wet suit race? Those of you who have raced in the past, did you wear one?
