Give me your feedback on which self-massage tool is the best and please skip the erotic answers please.

I have only tried the stick. It works pretty well for rolling out legs, but if you have a specialized area you’re looking at, some of the TPS stuff may work better?

6 x 36 foam roll. I think its called Foam Roller or something. Very versatile; hips, glutes, I-T, hammies, quads, back, shoulders etc.

Oh, yeah,also, the kids love it as a pool toy.

Love MuscleTrak - it’s great for getting deep knots out and really works on my calves (which the stick wasn’t firm enough for)

Wish it was a bit longer for my quads and hamstrings though (its about 5" long excluding handles)

The TP Massage products are great.
My latest favorite weapon is a lacrosse ball.
