I’ve changed my position on the bike recently and I’m now riding at 79 degrees. The position feels great so far. I’ve done a few hard efforts and my power seems pretty good. This past weekend I did a really hard ride and a few days later I have some muscle soreness in what I think from online diagrams is my Adductor magnus. My Glutes are also a little sore which doesn’t happen often from the bike. The soreness isn’t painful at all. More like that good soreness you get after a good strength training session. I’m wondering what this particular soreness says about my new bike position. Are these the muscles a good tri position should be utilizing or is something off?
