Muscle pull help pleeeeze!

Hi,

I strained my L adducter this morning and am planning on National in 11 days. It’s not a horrible pull and I’m pretty sure I could still race tomorrow if I had to but I’m searching for any and all healing advice. So far I’m iceing it. I did some ECT therapy this afternoon and will do it again as necessary.

rest ice compression elevation

it has to heal before you can stretch it, my advice be very easy on it until the race and decide last possible minute whether to race. see your PT or Doc.
