Anyone tried any multisports.com training plans and/or camps? They have an all-inclusive that would include 27 week training plan, IM race entry and IM training camp and I was thinking of doing this so I could do IM FLA this year since I missed general entry. Any thoughts?
I went to the Multisports.com training camp for IM Wisconsin in 2002. I got a lot out of it and had a good time. It was well run, the food was good, the clinics were informational, and we previewed the course. All of this was a major confidence booster, especially if it is your first Ironman. The price tag could be a factor for some people. On the whole, I would recommend it, especially if it is your only way of getting into the race.
