He will barely deviate at all, but that doesn’t mean his testimony won’t be impactful, considering how few people actually read the report.
He will also be asked about evidence of conspiracy, which he said in the report did not rise to the level of criminality, but was not “no evidence.â€
It will be interesting to see how far the Republicans try to undermine his credibility and how effective they are. Given his experience, that tactic could backfire.
