hey everybody–just wanted to give a last moment shout out. it’s going to be hot–but ya’ll know that.
keep your eyes in your helmets and focus on your own race. be smart out there, stay on the nutrition–this should be your singular focus. do that one thing, focus on nutrition, and this will be one hell of a race day.
i’m going to try to make it in the afternoon. but if i’m not there it’s because i feel i cannot handle the heat (recovering from illness). regardless–i will be watching all day one way or another and sending good vibes.
