Do you need a special rim to mount 32mm tires? I’m killing myself trying to mount some 32’s onto a standard 700 road wheel. FWTW, they are Schwalbe Marathon tires.

them is some big tires
I think 32c required a wider rim then the normal 19 to 28c
I would try it
dirt
.
You should be able to use the same rim without any problems. I put 700x35 cyclocross tires (Kenda) on my Ksyrium SSC SL wheels that I also use on my road bike with 700x21 tires. Not sure if the specific tire you are using is any different though. Better make sure there is enough clearance between your brake calipers and your new tires though if you are using them on a standard road bike.
Thanks, I don’t need to worry about the brakes, these are going on the rear wheel of my Pista…no rear brake to speak of.
