Morton's Neuroma Surgery (2)

I had MNS last September. The “weird burning/numbness” is normal, Doc said its all part of the healing process of the nerves. I remember feeling the phantom pains, burning feeling between my toes but touching had no feeling. I went to PT after 3 weeks as I was having some calf issues from the walking stride being messed up. They stressed to me the importance of self treating the surgical area on top and the bottom to limit the scar tissue adhesions and showed me how to self massage the foot. I bought a foot roller and still massage the scar area and manipulate the metatarsals.
