Now, do you guys completely remove old glue from the rim or clean it as well as you can but leave some residue?
In that regard, how do you clean it? Solvent, abrasive?
I use whatever the wheel manufacturer recommends; however, I just lightly recoat the rim with new until it becomes a gooey mess, then I clean with whatever the manufacturer recommends and use a Bondo spatula on my carbon rims.
