Important? Not at all…curious…just like wanting to know what happens when you put foil in the microwave…not important…just like to know.

Sad for the women you mean, right? Have you ever seen a picture of him when he was a young priest? I feel naughty saying it, but man was he hot. Plus he was smart, articulate, artistic, athletic . . . . must have been torture for at least a few of the women in his parish.

You know, that is a good observation. I guess maybe the Nuns would want to be “Lay people”? Thinking (as a non catholic, though I was baptised Catholic if that means anything) I would think that “god” would want you to pro create and prosper in family. I dont get the real no sex thing with the Catholic church (not to get to far off base) - I do not know what harm the church can see with something that many consider a blessing and brings (some) people closer together.
