I found yet another cool google site…
It is a guest map running on the google map engine… I thought it would be cool to see the distribution of people in the forum so I created one for the Peaceful Tribe. If you would like to add your location go here.

REMEMBER: Putting your icon on this map will show anyone in the world exactly where you live. I suggest you choose an appropriate margin of error.

I haven’t figured out a way to edit so i guess you need to make the placement and message count.
update: I can delete points so let me know if you mess up.
update2: I’m going to assume that if I see a duplicate of your name that the first one is an error… I’ll delete them when I see them, but let me know if I miss it…
Did not realize how close I could get to where I live. The one above me is not the real location. The lower one is but I could not delete it. Help.

Heck, I can’t even figure out HOW to get a marker! I thought I placed one, but now can’t find it!

Thanks! I was getting a weird glitch on my end for a while. I kept seeing my icon in any location i clicked, but always in the top left corner… but, i’m now in my appropriate place!
Pretty cool…there weren’t any shaved headed icons so the next closest one was the skull. Got me up in NY.
my computer sucks too much for it to work.
If you have a slow connection it may take a couple of solid minutes for it to load the first time… I would also suggest internet explorer…
the screen goes all funny and the pictures get all elongated.

Sweet, not only can I find out where I live if I should forget, and have an internet connection handy, but now I have a great map for all the backroads around my area, and it appears there are LOTS of them I havn’t ridden.
