Mongoose 10.7 Ti. Is It worth buying?

I have a chance to pick up a brand new, never ridden Mongoose 10.7 Ti for $1,300. Is it worth it? It has Ultegra throughout, Reynolds carbon fork, Mavic CXP21 wheels and I think Syntace bars.
