ok so if only the top two bundled sprockets on a dura ace 10s cassette are titanium - if one wanted to play with different combinations of sprocket sizes (cheaper) would it be a problem using the single sprockets from an ultegra 10s cassette in combination with the titanium sprockets of the dura ace?

Doing this should pose no problems. The spacing is exactly the same for each.
