Missing Newtons

I have been in Italy for about a week now. Due to the logistics of carrying a bike around, I figured this would be the best opportunity to wear test my NEWTON shoes. After all, running is the most convenient training method to do while on the road.

I had 5 days of testing until I hit a road block. I will continue my report on these as soon as I get a new pair. In the meantime, maybe the lucky thief will also do a follow up report after he has had an opportunity to get chased in his new shoes. My head was turned for a blink of an eye while unloading the FIAT PANDA in Bergamo, IT. They got the computer and a pair of size 12 Newtons.

If anyone sees someone suspiciously running in Italy (appox 45 seconds per mile faster than they usually run) please tackle them and get my computer back. I will give the vigilante a new pair of Newtons! As a matter of fact, I will give the thief a new pair that fits him, as there are not too many tall people here!

Can’t wait to finish the review once I get a new pair. In the meantime, my CROCS are killing me on the cobble stones!

Maybe you should ask this blog if they’d be willing to post your Lost and Found.

I don’t know how I found it…but it’s hilarious.

Are you saying you were unloading your car and someone come up next to you and stole this stuff?
What suggestions do you have to avoid this?

I’ve got to get me a pair. You had a computer and your Newtons swiped and you’re upset over the shoes.

Just kidding. I hope you find everything soon.

I always knew that those Crocs where bad. I always wondered why they sold so well… Fact of the matter is they kinda look ugly.

Good luck in finding your Newtons.

I thought, amongst the myriad of claims, that Newtons had a Lo-Jack system that would activate in the event of theft and they would, under their own power, come forefoot-striking back to your home in at least 45 seconds faster per mile than any other shoe.
Sorry…my GF bought a pair and I haven’t stopped busting on her…at least she likes the socks and hat.

Sorry to hear about the theft - I am guessing Newton’s are not named after the Legenary English/South African Long distance runner Arthur Newton ?
