Missed long ride this weekend

Missed my long ride due to family commitments Saturday.

Still got my long run in yesterday

Should I make it up today (scheduled day off) or just move forward

This is a rest week and the distance I missed was 3hour ride which is not really a problem

You training for an Ironman?

If I took a rest day on Saturday instead of the long ride I intended to do, I’d probably move the ride to Monday, but it also depends on the rest of your schedule. Will it have a knock on effect on your training Tuesday and Wednesday? If Monday was a rest day so you’d be fresh for hard intervals on Tuesday, for example, then moving the ride to Monday might be an issue.
