I see it’s supposed to be 89F in Lake Placid today. Will this week’s heat wave warm up the lake enough to swim by the weekend?
I swam in Mirror Lake yesterday and it was nice, a little cold but real nice, nothing went numb, I didn’t wear a wetsuit, keep in mind it was hot yesterday. The temp of the water felt fine.
