Not trying to over complicate nutrition but sort of curious on this- say I have my post workout meal at 8am and bring to work 2 apples, some veggies, hummus, banana, hand full of walnuts, chicken breast, yogurt, 1.5 cups blueberries and this is what I have to eat at work between 9am-4pm. If i’m planning on eating all of this does it matter at all from a nutrition standpoint when, what and how much I eat at any given time? Let’s assume no real evening workout, maybe :30min functional strength training.
Just make sure you have protein, fat and carbs in every snack to keep it balanced. Blueberries rock but without the protein and fat of something else you likely won’t feel very full.
