Having done some “draft-busting”…Even when you “warn” a blatant cheat, the reaction you always get is amazing, its like “you just kicked my grandmother…and my dog” …no-one ever has just given me the “oh shucks, I’m busted” face
Funniest reaction…During an IM, having warned an 30-35 AG middle of pack rider for extremely blantant drafting, we circled back around (off the course, drafters watch for you going the other way), we came back behind the same guy about 45mins later…He was still drafting, and I mean this was quality work, about 6 inches off the rear, until he got the energy to jump out of the saddle and catch his next victim, where he would sit tight on their ass for 2-3mins, before jumping again…This time I called him for drafting…instead of just stopping at the next “sin bin” tent, this guy stops immediately, picks up his bike by the back wheel and “helicopters it” over some bushes/fencing into a field, followed closely by his helmet, and one shoe, before he drops like he had been shot…five+ minutes later he is up, jumps the fence and starts retrieving his stuff from the farmers field…We couldn’t leave because my M/C driver was too busy trying not to wet himself laughing.
His complaint after he finished in 15:xx:xx, was that some idiot ruined his chance at a Kona slot (missed by over 5 hours)…as he had to ride the last 40+km’s with only one shoe 
I wish I had seen that, hilarious.
