I’m back in MIA and still finishing up my last day of crazy “training camp” style workouts… I’ve definitely achieved champion tanlines, if nothing else.
We totally enjoyed our time up in Clermont! It was soooo nice to get away from all the traffic here and to actually see some real hills! We had a great ride Sunday morning…hit Sugarloaf pretty hard and watched my HR shoot to new heights! haha We were very happy to see that someone who lives up there put out a water cooler for the cyclists! We couldn’t get over how NICE everyone was in Clermont!! And the motorists were so respectful of bikers and runners…
Spent a lot of time swimming at the NTC. That place definitely rocks! You guys have a good thing going up there with the NTC, all the running paths, tons of bike lanes, and the great hills. I was trying to figure out how I can quit my job and train up there full-time… Do you think Hungry Howie’s will sponsor me? =)
