Signed up for this years race. Was wondering who did it last year and what is the course like. Would like to know about the run- is it flat or hilly. What about the weather- how are the conditions on the bike? Thanks.

The swim at Miami Man is in a lake and was one of the best swims I had in an 1/2 IM. Two loops than a long run back to transition. I set some shoes near the swim start and put them on for the run back to T1 but not necessary. Bike course was very flat. Two years ago it was really windy last year weather was perfect. Should be a fast bike. Run is pancake flat and two loops through the zoo. it was a nice run. A short off road section that was not smooth but that might have changed.
The weather that time of year should not be too hot but could be very windy.
