I wanted to post a quick pic of my friend’s Merlin in Chicago. She recently upgraded the frame with a full SRAM red group (from Shimano 105) and added white tape, saddle, and hoods for a little bit of style. What do you think?
Beautiful - quite and “upgrade” from 105 to Red! could always go full bling with a Ritchey WCS 4-axis stem that comes in gloss white 
What saddle is that? I am sure it’s a great saddle, and I know that saddle comfort is all individual, but that saddle, whenever I see it looks like the worlds most uncomfortable saddle. However, if it works for the rider, that’s all that matters!

I like the white/white scheme on the handlebars! Makes me want to pick up some white hoods from sram
Every time when I see that saddle I think of that “person.”
That being said, the bike looks nice.
