Hey all,
Anybody out there have a medium Lucero and could make a few measurements for me? I really just want to know the reach measurement. So if you could just measure from the tip of saddle to the middle of the head tube and the distance tip of saddle relative to the bottom bracket.
Extra credit measurements if you have VT aero bars:
-
Tip of seat to middle of arm pads - size of stem.
-
Tip of seat to end of aero bars.
Thanks,
Dave
your better off having them measure top tube length, and down tube/seat post length since everyone will have the saddle in a different position and they might have a different stem as well.
Desert Dude,
I know the top tube is 530mm and the c-c seat tube is 480 I think. Thats all on the website. I will ride mine with the seat tip about 1 cm behind the bottom bracket. If I knew the reach measurement - I can figure out if I need the same length stem or one a bit shorter to replicate what was my position on my last tri bike. The bikes are slightly different…old tri bike had a 78 angle and a 52 top tube - this one is 77 angle and 53 top tube…stand-over height is the same. Old bike had a 100 mm stem - syntace front. This one will have a VT front end and likely a 90 mm stem. I’m not sure how the different fronts will move the armrests front to back but I’m guessing its close…but I’d love to have a couple measurements…
