For an olympic distance specialist, a middle distance specialist and an Ironman specalist what do you think on average is the maximum amount of weekly training hour most each would benifit from (the optimum amount for the best performance).
I know everyone is different and some people recover better than other so can train more, but I guess I am after an maxium and an average amount of hours for each (taking into account a 9-5 desk job - but no other commitments).
