Is there a maximum rider weight for Hed 3 Carbon wheels? I searched around and it seems that the consensus is that the regular H3s are pretty bomb-proof. Does this same thinking hold for the carbon rimmed model?
Thanks

Eleventy-seven gagillion pounds… just like the regular H3’s… of course you could call or email HED for the answer ![]()
So , I’m guessing a 200lb rider wouldn’t have any problems on the H3Cs?
We used the H3’s on our tandem. All up weight was 330lbs.
If you have to ask…
I’m not aware of any weight restriction. I have Canadian riders above 240 who ride H3C’s with no issues.

agreed.

I guess babysitter could use them then
Probably the strongest wheels ever. I can’t imagine weight is ever an issue with these wheels. I assume you can ride a regular spoked wheel, and the Hed 3 will probably be far stronger than any other wheel out there.
