What’s up with this (not my bike) pic of the Wintech computer, it’s been touted as a breakthrough, but the computer is not very flush or aero:

Just got one last week and put it on my Merlin TT yesterday. I think the perspective of the picture makes it look a bit bulkier than it really is. Mine mounted on the stem OK and it is in line with the aero bars so I cannot see how it will be detrimental to “aeroness” compared to other items on the bike.
The problem I encountered is I cannot use it with my Hed3. The receiver will not pick up the signal (too far away when compared to a spoked wheel). Works well with my Hed Jet where it (the receiver) is closer to the magnet. Other problem with an aero fork (QR Cabonaero) the skewer has to sit lower from the fork due to the increased area needed for the skewer mounted pick up.
