anybody ever heard of these? they have a 50mm deep rim and use a 12K weave for the rim material. They claim to be very light and a knockoff of another brand, but who else uses a 12K weave carbon rim?
I have a set of matrix wheels that came on my 1993 Trek 2300. I got the bike about 5 years ago and did all my training and racing on them. They were very fast and virtually bombproof until my accident about a week and a half ago. I was able to true it but messed up the hub or bearings. Dont know anything else about their race wheels but I know the wheels on that bike at their age and milage were still great, fast, and durable wheels.
