Some of us (masters runners or runners in general) have found Pete Magill’s pieces in Running Times and his training philosophy very helpful. I just came across his new website, featuring his new book - Build Your Running Body. I have not read it (I ordered it and expect to receive it in the next couple of days). But based on precedent and Magill’s record, it should be an interesting read. I thought others might be interested in this information.
thnks for this, the man is wise, and I’m sorry his old website is out of action. Will have a look.
I need some wisdom…at 50 I still love to run, I just can’t do any hard work without my eff’ing body breaking.
I just got the book this past Friday. Got a signed copy from one of his co authors. I have not started reading yet, but will soon.
